The account founder, Eloise Head, has been sharing delicious and simple recipes since the UK first went into lockdown back in March.
And with a second lockdown in full swing, she’s keeping her 239,000 followers entertained with even more goodies to eat.
One of her latest posts has proved a hit online after she showed how to make cinnamon rolls in a mug, using two-ingredient dough.
And the final result has our mouths watering!
In a video Eloise explains how it’s done, saying: “For the dough you need Greek yoghurt and self-raising flour.
“Mix these together until a dough forms, place it on a floured surface and roll it into a rough rectangle.
“Grab melted butter, granulated sugar and cinnamon and mix these all together, then scoop the paste onto your dough and spread it out.
“Fold the long edges into the middle then roll it up loosely. Pop it in a microwavable mug and sprinkle some more cinnamon and sugar if you wish.
“Microwave on high for one minute.”
To make the icing, she then mixes three table spoons of icing sugar and two teaspoons of milk until smooth.
Finally she takes the cinnamon roll out of the mug, pops it on a plate and tops with the icing.
Alongside the video and a photo, the baker wrote: “CINNAMON ROLL IN A MUG. Made with two-ingredient dough!
“Have any of you tried the two-ingredient dough before? I actually first tried it on one of my YouTube videos (I made a flatbread) I wondered whether it would work in a smaller batch… in the microwave… AND IT DOES!!
“This cinnamon roll was everything I wanted it to be. Soft, doughy, cinnamony and sweet!”
She added a list of ingredients and measurements for those who wanted to give it a go.
To make the cinnamon roll at home for yourself, you’ll need:
50g Self raising flour
60g Greek yoghurt
10g butter, melted
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp Milk
She added: “My microwave is 750W and 50 seconds on high was about perfect. Try not to over cook as the dough will go chewy!”
